Brady Alexander works with growing financial advisory firms to turn technology into a system that supports the way they want to grow. After working with hundreds of advisors, he understands where disconnected tools, manual processes, and unclear technical strategy create friction across a firm. Through CPBLTY, Brady helps firms connect their technology, improve how work moves through the business, and build the infrastructure needed to create more capacity. He brings together deep technical expertise with an understanding of how advisory firms actually operate, giving leaders access to the kind of strategic technology guidance they often need without hiring a full-time CTO.

Matthew Gardner

Enablement Architect

Matthew is an Enablement and Systems Architect at CPBLTY, where he designs connected technology systems that help organizations operate more effectively. His experience spans Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms, as well as full-stack web development, purpose-built databases, complex integrations, data migrations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Matt specializes in translating complex business needs into practical, scalable systems. He is also experienced in aligning cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities, and leading and training teams of developers. He holds a master’s degree in information systems and speaks Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors with his family, learning how to be a dad, and evangelizing the virtues of frozen custard.
